**CASTING CALL: Retirement Party Guests (Background) - Non-Union Commercial** **Role:** Retirement Party Guests – Background **Seeking:** Men and women of all ethnicities, ages 30’s-55 **Project Type:** Non-Union Commercial **Role Description:** We are casting background actors for a teacher retirement party scene. This celebratory gathering honors a beloved teacher at the end of her career, and we need a diverse group of guests / audience to fill the room and create an authentic retirement celebration atmosphere. We are looking for people who feel natural and realistic—colleagues, fellow teachers, and school staff who would attend such an event. No acting experience necessary, but you should be comfortable in a party/social setting and able to follow background direction. **Requirements:** - Men and women, all ethnicities welcome - Ages 30-55 (majority of extras should be in this range) - Comfortable in group/party settings - Able to follow direction and maintain continuity - Professional and punctual - Must be available for November Shoot Dates (tentative November 15th or 16th **What to Expect:** - Party scene filming - Multiple takes and camera setups - Sitting for extended period of time - 8 hours on set - Wardrobe: Business casual/semi-formal attire (additional details upon booking) **Compensation:** $150/8 **Location:** Los Angeles **To Apply, Please Submit:** **Submission Deadline:** 10/20
