We’re looking for someone who works the overnight grind. Could be a nurse, EMT, factory worker, janitor, security guard, or anyone who clocks in when most of the world is asleep.
This isn’t about polished smiles or hero shots. It’s the tired eyes at 3 a.m., the coffee that barely keeps you upright, the quiet moments in fluorescent light when the world feels stuck in pause. Someone who looks like they know what it feels like to walk out of work and see the sun rise before they’ve even gone to bed.
All races, genders, and ages are welcome. We want someone real, not staged. A person who carries the weight of the night shift in the way they stand, move, and speak.
