Growing up, Danny's household was rocky, and he didn't always get the emotional support he needed, resulting in Toxic Stress Response. Later in life, he even developed emotional and physical issues like anxiety and high blood pressure. Now that Danny's older and a parent himself, he's doing things differently. Now, when his son is having a difficult time, he leans in to understand what he's feeling and lets him know it's okay. So far, he thinks it's having a positive impact on his son's emotional development.
