Visual Requirements: Look/Aesthetic: Highly polished, professional, intelligent, and authoritative. The talent should look like a successful podcast host, medical expert, or journalist delivering science-backed information. Appearance: Clean, intentional styling. Polished hair and makeup. Body Type (Client Requirement): Talent must have a BMI that is above the average range. Performance Requirements: Delivery/Tone: Confident, articulate, empathetic, and serious. The tone should be grounded in expertise and credibility, Not overly dramatic or "overacted". The talent should speak clearly and sound like they are an intelligent authority on the subject. Experience: Previous experience as an on-camera interviewer, host, journalist, or professional speaker is a major plus.
