This will likely be a voice over but it is important that talent is on set for filming because of improv possibilities. Rate applies either way. Looking for someone with an interesting voice like bobby moynihan / steve little zone (i.e. not the voice of a normal guy). the peaks and valleys notes, when explained further, is going from high in register to low in register in a single line, a level of surprise, an atypical timbre. it’s not the voice of a normal, elegant guy. He has quirks. He is strange. But super smart. So someone with an interesting voice. Ability to go from manic to controlled in a heartbeat. Improv a big must. Love to find someone who likes to makes strange sounds or rituals to themselves while they think they are alone. Odd humming. Old sailor songs under their breath. Strange number counting. Tax code rapping. Stuff like that. Actor should give the scripts some stylistic ownership - Like a rhythm or odd way of hitting high and low spots.
