About the Job
Any ethnicity, male. Eli is a complex, visually-impaired teenager with a razor-sharp mind and a rebellious streak. Despite his fierce independence, he is forced to rely on his younger brother, Ben, for support-- which is a constant source of frustration and annoyance. To cope with his growing sense of alienation, Eli turns to drugs, alcohol, esoteric audio-books, flight simulator video games, and playing piano. Over time, he’s learned to wear his apathy and rage like a suit of armor. But while he often pushes people away, deep down he yearns for connection. PREVIOUS ACTING EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
