Role Description:
We are seeking experienced and credible higher education professionals to provide testimonial-style video reviews for TalentFly, an Virtual Intelligence-powered career readiness platform.
Ideal candidates will be current college or university career advisors, counselors, or similar career services staff who can authentically share how TalentFly benefits their students, enhances career center offerings, and supports institutional goals.
This is a user-generated content (UGC) role — submissions should feel genuine, conversational, and rooted in real professional experience. Videos will be used in TalentFly’s marketing and promotional materials to help other career center decision-makers see the platform’s value.
Requirements:
Must be currently employed at an accredited college or university in a relevant role (career advisor, counselor, employer relations specialist, etc.)
Comfortable speaking on camera with a clear, professional delivery
Able to record in a natural setting (office, career center, or campus space) — no backdrops or green screens
Please create and share a TalentFly profile link with your submission
Must attach your LinkedIn profile link to verify current employment
Must submit a self-tape answering the provided TalentFly testimonial prompts (max 5 minutes total)
If selected, must sign a release granting TalentFly exclusive rights to the submitted media
