About the Job
Seeking muscular male body builder model for body scan, ages 18 – 40 for work as a scan performer for interactive media project.
Work will consist of doing various poses (hands on hips, hands above head, touching toes, etc.) and various actions (walking, jogging, running) while talent’s body is scanned using high tech cameras. Face will not be scanned. The purpose of the scan is to capture what muscles look like moving under the skin in various positions. Therefore, talent will be asked to wear modesty clothing (Nude Underwear/ dance belt) in order to capture the greatest amount of muscular data for a portion of the scan. The other portion will be fully clothed.
Additionally, if chosen, talent will be asked to work with their body hairless, meaning they will need to shave legs, arms, chest, back, etc. in order to ensure clear data capture of the body.
We are open to all types but are particularly looking for talent who are slightly overweight showing a higher balance of body fat to muscle mass ratio and fine/thin hair if possible.
Talent should be able to remove all piercings and should have no tattoos.
Tentative work date will fall sometime between July 28th – August 1st.
Work location: Los Angeles, CA.
Pay rate: $1500 up to 10hrs
Transport is not provided to and from set. This work is NOT covered by a SAG-AFTRA CBA or any other union contract.
