About the Job
A man drunk on authority, with a smug, calculating demeanor. Think creepy calm with a mean streak—he doesn’t raise his voice because he doesn’t have to. He runs the institution like his personal kingdom and enjoys watching others squirm under his rule. Loathsome but charismatic, the kind of guy who wears a clean uniform and polished boots while turning a blind eye to abuse—or initiating it himself. Looking for a distinct face and strong screen presence.
Must be able to convey menace with subtlety—a slow smirk is more terrifying than a shout. Featured role with nonverbal acting, but potential for a brief line or two.
Vibes: Christoph Waltz in Inglourious Basterds, J.K. Simmons in Oz, or a bureaucratic Colonel Sanders with a sadistic streak.
