A starlet / beauty contest winner with paparazzi flashes flooding her face. What initially seems like moment of victory and praise, slowly turns into a nightmare. As she tries to smile for the incessant flashes flying in her direction and requesting her attention, she finds herself forcibly holding her smile for the camera to the point where it becomes torture.
