Deborah lives with her husband in a small-town/rural community. The slower speed of life suits her well — she’s not
one for the busyness and bustle of city life and does best when she’s able to go at her own pace without too many
demands. Having lived with a chronic condition for a number of years without significant relief, she’s currently
unemployed due to uncertainty and severity of symptoms. She’s a bit guarded and cautious, but when you gain her
trust, you’ll have a friend for life.
Though she’s been limited by her symptoms, she’s recently worked with her doctor to start a new treatment plan and
has felt a sustained improvement over the last few months. She’s happy to be experiencing life again as someone
with regained function. We’ll depict what a ‘good’ day looks like for Deborah, showing a day-in-the-life with multiple
positive moments. Deborah will go for a (gentle) walk in some local nature, do some light gardening and enjoy a
dinner with friends. We’re looking for talent who are natural and human in their physicality, and those who can
convey a range of expressions (optimism, determination, etc.) Talent should be comfortable with some light
movement and interacting with fellow talent.
