After a mysterious industrial accident contaminates the water supply of a forgotten town, residents begin disappearing without explanation. As paranoia spreads and the government seals off the area, a small group of survivors uncovers a horrifying truth lurking beneath the streets—an ancient, evolving organism feeding on pollution and transforming anyone it infects. With time running out, they must descend into the town's decaying underground sewer system to stop the source before the contamination spreads beyond the quarantine zone. In the darkness below, survival isn't the only challenge. The deeper they go, the more they realize the infection isn't just changing bodies—it's changing minds.
