Casting Can Now Save Question & Media Requests as a Draft
Casting directors have been asking us for a way to save their Question and Media Requests as a draft. We’ve got great news: now you can!
Whether you don’t yet have all the information you need or don’t have the time to complete all details of the request, this helpful feature will ease your workflow and keep your requests stored until you’re ready to send them out.
How to Save Your Requests as a Draft
Once you enter a name for your Request, the “Save Draft” button will appear at the bottom of the page.
You can either save your progress or continue to fill out your request as usual. Be sure to add the talent you want to include on the Request and fill out the remaining fields.
Like other Requests, casting can access draft Requests from your project’s Requests page so you can add more information as you receive it, or revise and update your Requests quickly as needed. Saved draft Requests will retain all of the information you previously entered, making it easy to pick up from where you left off.
As long as they are in a draft state, Requests can be deleted. Requests can no longer be deleted once they are sent.
